Yes, you will get a trial period of up to two weeks for each developer. This is meant to ensure that you are completely satisfied in terms of work done by the developer and communication between the parties. If you are happy with the results, we’ll bill the trial period as well, and continue the engagement for as long as you want. In case you are not pleased with the outcome, you won’t be billed for those two weeks.

There are no upfront costs, each developer will be paid based on their work.

Currently, all developers are based in Romania (Eastern Europe).

They work from their home office or from co-working spaces all across Romania.

Usually developers are not open to fully relocating to other countries, but other arrangements can be made. For example, they could visit your headquarters for 1-2 weeks, to meet you and work from your office.

This is a very important criteria when it comes to choosing the right developers. We conduct very rigorous interviews to ensure the quality of their communication skills. We guarantee that every developer is able to write, speak and understand fluent English.

Our developers cover most of the technologies, such as:
  • Front-end: Angular, React, Vue, Javascript, TypeScript
  • Back-end: .NET, SharePoint Online, Java, Node, PHP, Go, Ruby on Rails, C++
  • Mobile: Flutter, React Native
  • Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

We have one hour interview with each developer where we cover two main areas:
  1. Communication - the first part, which is about 30 minutes long, has the purpose of checking their English skills, personality traits and level of professionalism.
  2. Technical - the second part, is meant to check things such as technology specific knowledge. This interview is conducted by our best technical leads.
After this interview session, we review the results and make the decision of whether we should go further with the developer and establish his seniority.

Yes, we do. Depending on your requirements, we either find the best matches for your needs, or we create a full team for your project (project manager, business analyst, DevOps engineers, front-end and back-end developers and manual or automation testers).

Each developer is fully dedicated to one project and is available full-time - 8h/day. We also guarantee at least 3-4 hours of time overlap with our customers.

We are very careful with our developers's professionalism and we completely understand the importance of it. Making sure that your collaboration with our developers goes smoothly it’s a top priority for us. In extreme cases, where there rules are not followed, you will not be invoiced for those hours.

Our developers sign very detailed agreements, which stipulate that the ownership of their work is totally in our clients hands.

We normally invoice our clients on the first day of the month for the work done the previous month, with a 15 days due date.

We use ACH, Bank Wires, TransferWise and PayPal.

Please write us in the contact form or send us an email to support@pandvisor.com.
